Toner refreshers are great for those looking to give life back to grown out babylights or balayages. Using a toner we can smudge your roots offering a better blend till your next touch up. Keep in mind toners CANNOT MAKE HAIR LIGHTER, they can only go same level of lightness or darker. Toners can also be used to add a temporary pop of colour such as red, pink, violet, copper, blue, etc! Results vary depending on your hair history before the appointment.
